A planning application for the erection of 230 homes has been approved by the Council. The site is located in northern Chippenham, adjacent to our previous scheme at Birds Marsh View.
Barratt Bristol purchased the site in November 2023 from Robert Hitchins Ltd, which benefited from an outline planning consent. The scheme consists of 111 Barratt houses and 119 David Wilson houses, across a range of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes.
Reserved Matters planning approved 16th May 2025.
Following planning approval, construction works have now commenced.
